An Unforeseen Encounter … But Definitely A Tasty On!
D uring our quest to find the beloved waterpark, where all indications made it clear that the pen would be found on these watery environments, we found a local driver which, although local, had nothing but a local language. We are yet to find the language that he spoke but we believe it might be Greek. In any case, said driver was the man we trusted to arrive to our destination. Nevertheless, it was only when we arrived there that we realised we may had trusted the wrong person. What we had believed was the waterpark was indeed, a plantation. But not just any other plantation. This was a banana plantation, one of Tenerife’s biggest economic drivers and the Canary Island’s as whole. To give a little insight on how important this little yellow object is, this tasty little fruit is present in 93.5% of Spanish Households.
